i do 6:30-7:30am mon-fri & while it’s super hard at first, it is SO worth it. nothing better than starting your day off with a workout. it’s so feel good!! plus, the sleep after your long day is AMAZING!!!!!! give it a shot !!!! but remember, the first days are the toughest
