I go by this verse: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34. It really knocks down my anxiety about stuff that I can’t change. Plus I take proactive measures to get stuff done as early as possible so I don’t have to worry

What do you mean by paralyzed? Like overwhelmed? I usually do most of my work on Sun/Mon and then I’m usually free for the whole week

I might not be, but I’m trying to understand how you feel so I’m not like talking down to you. That sounds like a lot of stress and I’m sorry that I can’t relate in those struggles. I’ve had panic attacks over tests before and your stuff reminds me of that.

Probably so ppl who feel like they’re alone or different than others can see that it’s actually common. Better to sum it up in 2 words than go into depth about every single thing we feel

I cut off my friend who was like that. It’s just plain disrespectful to be constantly 20-30 minutes late and act like it’s fine when I have better things to do
