Oh it’s just a general thought, I don’t even remember what spurred on this post. I think some TikTok about parenting. But an example that comes to mind is when people complain about children existing in public or playing outside in the neighborhood and how some ppl are Karens about it. I think also the whole birth rate discourse too bc ppl aren’t having kids cuz we have low rates of community cohesion in the US
Yeah children deserve to exist in public and we need to join as families when someone has a baby. But on the flip side I see a lot of parents simply not parenting in recent years. Like letting them run through restaurants and grocery stores (safety concerns). And also a recent thing is simply not buying school supplies bc they don’t want to and now on a movement saying it’s the teachers jobs. Like it’s a weird time rn
