this is gonna sound like it does nothing but on top of your workouts going on 2mi walks every day really helps too idk my ass started really growing after about 2 weeks of just walking everyday

Literally any of her vids. I do the 20 min full body beginner workout where she’s in the brown workout set in the thumbnail and girl I’m 😩😩 she’s got me so good I’ve been gaining muscle like crazy. I try to do one of her vids at least 4-5 times a week

She has so so so many videos of different types of workouts and I haven’t tried most of them but the four or five I’ve done were really good! I feel silly kind of when I’m doing it but I have fun, and that’s what helps me stay consistent

So I just got back into it but I did her workouts five days a week the entire month of April and I lost like 3 pounds (which is a lot for me) and gained more muscle mass based on the scans from the weight app I use
