Oh that’s not fun, I tried to doing research and the only thing that came up was the the pill so I guess I’m stuck with that. If you know anyone that wants a uterus lmk because I’ll give mine up

No, it will absolutely regulate your period. Cycle syncing is adjusting your diet and activity levels based on where you are at in your cycle. My friend had never had regular periods (like would miss months and then have one for 3 weeks) and she started doing research into cycle syncing and got really into it and now she’s completely regular and it’s helped so much with her other pcos symptoms.
