To piggy back off of #1, I’d say men are desperate for sex, and the physical, women are desperate for love, and the emotional (Id like to add that I’m not referring to all men, nor all women)

men and women are comparably desperate for each other imo. men are just shamelessly desperate. both are fiends for each other but women get endless shit for it so it gets suppressed i noticed somebody said women are more desperate for the emotional side but i don't think that's the whole truth. i think what happens is women recognize having a consistent sexual partner is way less stigmatized and so they seek that out
