i went through a traumatic event and i have a great support system but i still feel so sad and i feel bad because my bf said he misses when i was happy 😔 idk what to do chat im trying but this is the hardest thing i have ever been through

Take your time! Don’t let other people’s expectations put more pressure on your healing process. The right people will understand and support you. Im sure your boyfriend doesn’t mean to make you feel bad by saying he misses you being happy, but it wouldn’t hurt to explain to him that it makes you feel sad/guilty when he says it (if you haven’t already had that conversation).
