so initially it is painful especially on sensitive areas. the best way i would describe it is like tweezing but all at once. once you get used to it its not bad at all! and its cheaper for maintenance instead of getting waxed every few weeks!

make sure you exfoliate everyday and keep your areas moisturized! i use the exfoliating gloves (no sugar scrub) with a bar of dove soap!
