i didn’t even know that was a thing! i looked it up and i think it’s entirely possible. i spit it out when it started to really burn so im not having any other reaction rn, but thinking about getting my allergies checked since i haven’t since i was a baby. thank you for telling me about this 🫶

No worries at all I know dogs are like deathly allergic to it and I get pretty bad physical effects if I chew a lot of gum with it. Also check what sugar free sweetner it was bc there are like 10. I am guessing it was eithyrol or xynithol though

i can’t find the ingredients of the taffy unfortunately. it’s a blank bag and the website doesn’t list it either. i think i’m gonna email them. i’m thinking it’s eithyrol bc i realized my fav gum is sf and uses xylitol, and im fine w the gum
