I have my storage unit on autopay and they just emailed me saying I’m in default ?!! wat the hell the autopay for then. charge me my $30 and let’s keep it moving

have you been accounting for the rate increases outlined in the contract in the amount you’re paying?

there are rate increases the longer you keep a storage unit. they give you either a paper or online contract with them, and it’s your responsibility to pay the full balance each month.

right but sometimes when your bills are on autopay if the amount changes you have to authorize that change. you can’t just set autopay to the amount it was the first month. you can easily log in and check to see if that’s the problem
