
i should reiterate that 140 at 5’7 isn’t unhealthy for everyone though! i have a lot of muscle and an athletic body type, literally right now i’m 250 and everyone says i’m thick/chubby but closer to thick. i look a lot less than what i weigh. if you’re around 140 you could be perfectly fine! ofc if ur worried talk to ur doctor but weight is very subjective
