File off the top coat and take cotton pads/balls soaked in acetone wrap around your fingers for around 20ish minutes and you should be able to push the gel off with a cuticle stick

my pinky will have to keep the gel on it till it heals tbh i cannot put that shit in the lamp rn OUCH

that finger that’s wrapped up will have to keep gel on it till it heals unfortunately but the rest need a change
