i mean i feel like if you’re also building healthy habits like working out and eating healthier foods it can be helpful. i have pcos so unless i am eating food directly from the earth and working out 7x a week is nearly impossible for me to lose weight

I recently started Pilates by Izzy, and I am going to pick up swimming again if my schedule allows it. Try swimming for a month or so, a lot of people overlook its capabilities if you actually sit and plan a few days a week to build that muscle and leanness without feeling the weight of the world. Personally, I zone tf out and just keep going bc I feel nothing

it’s funny you mention swimming because i swam competitively till i was 18 and still swim laps 2x a week, im still a fat mf😂
