Same. I want to do whatever tf I want with my lawn and everything and don’t want to pay annoying ass fees. They can also kick you out if your own home btw

If they vote enough on the committee you can be kicked out. Also HOAs were founded due to racism. Deadass look it up.

It was founded to legally exclude black people and minorities from neighborhoods. Now they legally can’t but it’s a straight up loophole. So they CAN. but that’s what it was founded over
