I would also seriously pay attention to how hard your water is and if it’s bad at your place, look into getting a shower head filter, getting a shampoo that works on hard water (ie a clarifying shampoo once a week or so), rinsing with distilled water or even diluted AC vinegar, and of course making sure your water softener doesn’t run out of salt if you have control over that. I went to college and my hair was ruined, even falling out a lil bit before I figured out it was hard water

I have fine, thick hair and I really love bondi boost. Yes it smells like literal Lysol but it gets my hair clean without being too stripping and it’s just nice. I think o use the thickening one.

That’s why I just use a few (depending on what’s available) that I absolutely swear by. Specifically ones that don’t have any of those toxic ingredients or dyes that wayyy to many brands use. Just trying to stay away from that synthetic stuff, ya know? Typically it’s Sienna Naturals, Attitude, or Ursa Major.

Majorly agree with this, although I can’t vouch for those specific brands. My tried and true is Simply Organic and Oway, although Oway is definitely pricey - still will recommend it though bc it’s got the best hair products I’ve ever used, personally
