She made a post about getting another Muslim suitemate, and at first I was happy for her—so were others. But she added a comment saying, “finally no more LGBTQ BS,” which was… ya. I responded with, “Hey boo, let’s not bash others—you’re allowed to have your opinion, but it’s all about how you say it.” She explained that her religion doesn’t support it, which I get—I’m Catholic. But I also told her I would never express it in a hateful or disrespectful way

She responded saying “they deserve it” and I said “no more deserves to be hated on by just living their lives” so she proceeded to delete the post and make a new one- “God forbid a young Muslim girl voicing her opinions about her religion” and someone commented “there’s a difference between voicing your opinion and straight up being a bitch to someone” and her friend comments back saying “this is just showing people hating Muslims and we don’t need that right now” like what? How first off,

Secondly, we are just telling you to be nice, we aren’t hating if anything they need to take that and apply it to their own actions and words
