logical thinkers pls: so i just requested off june 8-17 for my bday then im requesting off july 8-11 for a concert and then july 24-7 for a family reunion. and then im also moving into my apartment on the 28th. do i just quit and re apply later

i think it would be worse to quit and reapply. you already have a lot of history with this job and you can still work on the days in between your trips. quitting would just be a lot of hassle and arp they might not even need you anymore

i think it’s not necessary. where i work we have to include our reason for requesting time off but if you don’t then i think it doesn’t matter. unless they deny it and then you might be able to explain why you won’t be available to work those days. but if you’ve been a loyal worker for a year it’s ok if u have a few months in the summer where u need to take off
