i used to throw mine in a bucket of water but whenever it gets too hard i got a new one. also my job stresses me so much i would tweak if i didn’t have one. i literally need a vacation from work to just quit

yeah when i was hospitalized after a car accident and broke a few ribs literally the only thing i asked my friend to bring me was a vape. im like super addicted and i hate it 😭😭😭

But imo it’s best to go cold turkey instead of slowly getting off it, if you don’t quit all at once then it’s easier for you to keep making excuses to keep going
