That’s actually the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. 90% of people know how to stock shelves. And even if you don’t, it’s not that hard to train someone to do either

I also got rejected for this at a pet store to be a merchandiser. Apparently I didn’t have enough experience stocking, price correcting, and cleaning stuff off the ground 🫩 it’s been six months and they still haven’t had anyone fill the job yet
