I mean, it compares what you’re relating it to. AirPods may be inexpensive compared to other high-end Bluetooth headphones, but you can get really nice ones for $30 (I’ve been using the same TOZOs since sophomore year of high school). Apple Watches may be inexpensive compared to other smart watches, but they’re exponentially more expensive than simply not having one
Imo people in college with full ecosystems are generally either from a rich family or bad with money. Idk anybody who independently has the funds to actually afford this stuff (like, I have friends who have bought themselves these things w their own money, but they’re also struggling w rent)
