i haven’t seen wicked so i can’t say specifically for that but generally people don’t like minority characters put in villain roles because it really sucks to finally see your one representation in media only for it to be a character that everyone hates or is meant to be disliked

and i get that but it wasn’t like they just happened to cast a nessa rose actress who was in a wheelchair it’s a very integral part of the storyline especially in part 2
