I’d quit during the meeting, they aren’t meeting your needs and don’t care about your wellbeing

I would look into labor laws in your state. Seeing those late nights back to back with insanely early mornings seems… not legal? Maybe I’m wrong. Also, are you getting overtime for that?

The company is connected to 12 sister company. I don't want to quit till I have another job bc money is tight for me. I've been trying to get a new job no luck for 6 months

Hmm ok, gotcha. In that case all you can do is argue your case in your meeting and explain that if they want a better performance then they need to set you up better

I'm just hoping I don't choke because I'm not good under pressure. They can easily turn it around, saying I'm blaming them and not taking accountability.

You’ll have to double down, tell them you’ve asked for a schedule change to no avail

Yea I got paid over time. Dont be fooled with the under 30 hour shift. I would work morning Thursday. Morning and night Friday with 5 hour unscheduled in between. Night Saturday and then morning Monday. Which they thought was ok cause I got 3 days off afterwards . I would get 5 hours of sleep and sleep on my bus ride

Mind you it’s slow season so people will get less hour and still she keeps hiring under qualified people causing older staff to pick up new staff work. She out to get ppl . Even schedule 1 of my coworker 2 days to work but by company policy that girl can’t request part time cause they only hire “full time” . Making it hard to get another job

I literally made a post prior all this cause I know myself and try to look out for myself. She going to sit me down with me and another manager. Atp i think I need to talk to hr or be entailed to transfer as I pls . They’re trying to take advantage of me cause I’m the youngest and quiet worker

At the very least, read through everything thoroughly. Like every word. Make sure you didn’t accidentally waive that minimum 11 hour period. If it’s not in there, point that out to them along with the correlating law

I’m looking at all my lateness to see if there a valid reason for a write up . Then I will look at handbook
