If you have health insurance and/or can afford out of pocket, I’d suggest going to an urgent care clinic. Otherwise, I’d suggest posting on a medical subreddit. Idrk medicine stuff but do you know why you threw up? It makes sense to me that your throat would be sore after that but I have no idea what would cause the swollen ears other than physical trauma to the area or an allergic reaction
