Been going to the gym, eating high protein calorie deficit, and seeing no change. I’m acting like I’m just happy to be working out but really I desperately want to look thinner and sporty 😔

My weight has only dropped a few pounds in the last few months but my body comp is changing so much, I do body scans every two weeks and it guesstimates your body fat/lean mass ratio and that has changed so much more than the number on the scale. It takes time just keep at it!!

I ate at my maintenance calories (believe me, I even track like a quarter second of cooking spray so that’s not it) for a few days after needing a break from being in a deficit and gained like 4 pounds. Why is losing weight so hard and gaining so easy. I wasn’t even eating much 😭
