Girl idek if I have rosacea or acne scars or a damaged skin barrier but I struggle with the same thing like my face turns so red on my cheeks the moment something touches it or it’s hot

highly recommend wearing hats 24/7 in the sun if ur not reapplying sunscreen before going out in it ☠️
