Me and my sister have the same age gap yall do, and it is creepy. I was 16 with an 18 y/o man and it was creepy. 16 and 18 is creepy. I’ll be incredibly kind and give you the benefit of the doubt here because I don’t know you nor your circumstances, but you’re the exception not the rule. And I still think it’s creepy.

..yes?? But me and my sister are literally the same age gap as you and your bf. And it’s not the age gap it’s the specific ages. 22 and 20 is a lot less creepy than 18 and 16.

My point is MOST cases 18 and 16 is creepy, which is why I conceded you’re the exception not the rule. Even though I still find the idea of being attracted to someone who’s 16 creepy af. If it’s a situation where you’re the eldest of your class and he’s the baby, so you were a senior and junior that makes more sense and is less creepy.

I feel like you have to be ragebaiting here man. You’re intentionally picking and choosing responses. I’ve literally repeated that I’ll concede your relationship may be an exception but it doesn’t generally derail my point that in most cases 18 and 16 is a creepy age gap because of the giant gap in maturity and life stages. You also kinda missed the original point of my post which is that someone who’s 21 shouldn’t be with someone who’s 18.

Girl you’ve missed every other point I made I don’t exactly have confidence in you. When I pointed out that me and my sister had the same age gap so I know how different 18 and 16 are, you said siblings can have a one year age gap which had nothing to do with what I said. When I said it’s not the age gap but rather the age in which you started dating you said that you are 20 and 22 though so it doesn’t matter, entirely missing the fact WHEN you started dating is what makes it creepy.
