please i found a yt tutorial on catholic communion it’s completely different that what i did growing up (baptist), i only did it four times a year max and all the churches i went to would pass out little sealed cups (all grape juice never wine) that had the body of christ sealed with it as well and we had it passed down the pews like the donation basket and we all kinda took it at once (one church did have where we’d line up to receive it but we took it at the pews)

Every church is different but mine we’d come up to the stage on our knees in sections and wait at the altar and be passed amongst each other in hand and sip from chalice
