got a job at a super coffee coffee shop like not allowed to wear perfume cuz it’ll affect the beans type place and i’m learning so much? like i actually don’t like the taste of coffee at all but ive always found it interesting idk

learning the difference between matcha and hojicha which are from the same plant! i tried matcha for the first time yesterday during training and unfortunately i am NOT a fan. if ur able to drink it hot maybe it’d be better? or if i added more blueberry syrup. the owner is making me hojicha tomorrow cuz maybe ill like tha one more

matcha is grassy earthy and vegetal while hojicha is nutty toasty and sweet

we have to dial in the espresso machine to make sure the brew is perfect and they made is try bad brewed espresso shots BRO I CANT DO BITTER THINGS they are aware i dislike coffee btw they don’t care i still had to taste it tho 💀 they thought my faves were funny tho at least
