I’m fortunate to rarely get bullied at work but some of my gossipy coworkers think I’m on their side with things, so now whenever they start bullying someone behind their back to me I just outright interject and say “that’s not very kind” or “that’s actually really mean/nasty/rude”. They usually quiet down right after that
