Yeah my ex best friend uses me as an example, which yes I treated him poorly, but I was also going through the hardest year of my life because my father had just died and 17 year old me didn’t know how to handle a loss that huge so I was in survival mode and I wasn’t exactly in the right headspace to be a great friend. My words and actions during that time should never be used as an example of all women. They don’t even apply to myself anymore!!
