Some of them get testy as hell. Had to report a dude bc he kept calling me telling me I had to come down to grab the order when I literally put “leave at door” on my order

i only just got doordash recently & idk how i thought it gives u ur name but i thought u werent able to change it unless ur the one delivering (ive heard ppl talk abt changing it before but only in the context of delivery)....i may be slow😭

nope! just go into your account and under account settings > manage account then you can change ur name

i went to the "help" section & clicked on "something else" & then "dasher issues" & check marked unprofessional & explained in the box & submitted it but all it said was they cant provide me w a refund which.......😭THATS NOT WHAT I WAS DOING THIS FOR TY

Mine was through Uber Eats so idk if DoorDash is that different but I just used the help section too and then you can report like safety issues with a delivery person. So it sounds like your process was pretty similar

+1-855-431-0459 this is the doordash customer service number. You can also report it this way. I’ve had this happen to me before and they were really helpful
