and the biggest thing is my extremely skittish scaredy cat of a cat let him pet him and purred!!! like if that cat trusts him there is no evil in that man at all i’m gonna spend the rest of my life with him whether he likes it or not

That’s such a good sign bc I warned my bf when he met my cat that she hates everyone, especially men. Turned around for a minute and he’s holding her like a baby 😭 that was 4 years ago!

Yes :) cats can totally tell when people are good/bad. On the other side, she always hated tf out of a former friend of mine who ended up becoming really mean towards me
