don’t invalidate your hard work. weight loss is hard! slower weight loss means you’re more likely to sustain it. an average of 1-2lbs a week is a healthy rate. it’s been about 2 years, about 60lbs, that’s an average of 1.2lbs a week. you’re doing great! 60lbs is a lot! go to a pet store and carry 60lbs of pet food. thats what i’ve seen ppl do when they feel like they haven’t lost that much weight
