Does anyone else get really bad hypochondria and if so how do you manage because I have fully convinced myself I have end stage cancer and there’s no saving me now

Same.. my mom died from cancer and my dad just got diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer so me and my OCD are spiraling right about now😭✌🏻

That’s similar in my family, none of my immediate but tons of relatives like aunts and uncles have had some type of cancer and I feel like I’m bound to get it 😭 agahahgahagahah my brain

On the bright side, it may not be genetic? My dad’s doctor said his kind wasn’t genetic 🥲
