some men have insane metabolisms and some are bulking and it’s wild. my fiancé eats 6 meals a day 😭 at least he cooks most of them

Growing up with 2 brothers, it really depends on the dude. My youngest could eat 3 large pizzas and still be starving while my oldest would be full after half a box
