Harris was also a poor choice for president and we still would have seen a continuation of the Palestinian genocide and mass deportation under her—it just wouldn't have been as widely protested or announced. (i know trump is horrible and there are many other areas in which he is way worse than harris)

i mean i dont think having our first women president continuing biden's policies and aiding in a genocide of palestinians is particularly empowering. hopefully we can get there with someone who actually stands for progress instead of maintaining the status quo.

100%. Entering grad school where all my peers are either married or in long term relationships. I’ve never even been asked out before. I can name two times in my ENTIRE life where I was complimented on ANY part of my body (my body is not conventionally feminine due to genetic issues: plus sized, 6’0”, etc.). I could be the last woman on earth and not a single person would look my way. I fucking hate it.

It’s not a handout but thousands openly admit they won’t vote for a woman president simply because she is a woman. Kamala was way more qualified than Trump, not a felon, didn’t have views that would harm the lower class, and yet the white male felon won
