i for the longest time couldnt get it and nothing anyone ever said would help. but you do have to go at an angle. i (at 13) would kind of just sit it up there in between my lips and it stuck because i have an outie but back and up is the key. you cant force it tho and if it hurts give it some time

Try squatting to put it in. Thats how I had to do it when I started using tampons

You’re simply not using the applicator right but if you that slow stick to pads instructions are on the box 😂

It also helps to be relaxed (which Ik is hard in a frustrating situation). This seems silly but I would play some meditation music and clear my mind for a few mins before I would put one in (using the squatting method!)
