I had similar symptoms, along with absolutely horrible cramps. I saw an OBGYN and started taking birth control, and it has really helped manage the pain

Problem is I don’t wanna go to one cause I did a few months ago and was fine, I had terrible cramps my whole life and they stopped 3 months before my visit. Then 2 months after the visit they came back with the nausea. I don’t wanna have to pay for another visit or get out on birth control but my roommate and friends are worried cause I can’t eat or drink on my period without almost hurling sometimes now
