Can’t stand the double standards. So this girl and I can wear the same exact fit but on me it’s “slutty” just bc i have a bigger chest and butt? It’s hot af yes I’m wearing a tank top and shorts. I swear it’s also a microagression too.

As a white girl who is also big bootied and thickums, it happens to me too regardless of race. Body “standards” are so weird and skewed towards dainty petite women. We got this girl, wear the “slutty” outfits with pride because at the end of the day i can guarantee they think we look gooooooood🙏🏼

How’d the microagression part happen? Is it just the assumption that another race is inherently more sexual than another? Just asking bc if so feel this on a whole other level. But yeah it sucks. People sexualize bodies and then try to police ppl with those bodies. It was to the point where me and my friend would wear the same exact outfit and only I would get in trouble bc of chest and butt size

FELT as someone who’s petite with a very curvy lower body. like im SORRY this is how they make clothes, if u see a tiny bit of cheek from a certain angle im sure u will survive🙄 my mom likes to talk to me like i have no idea what i look like or how to dress for a situation which makes it all even more annoying. i can imagine its even worse when ppl are being racist abt it too.

I’m black so I feel ppl view me as trying to be more sexual when I’m not

I am too, I just like to ask before assuming here 😅. But yeah, I get it. It’s ridiculous, I’ve had people try to sexualize me in completely regular clothes and everyone likes to pretend it’s not racially based as well (it’s almost impossible for it to not be) when, like you said, you can wear the exact same outfit as someone but don’t be black bc now it’s sexual for some reason, and don’t let yourself have a different type of body bc now there’s a “justifiable” reason for it

Yeah it’s ridiculous. I hate it. I’m not even much “bigger” than the white girls who wear it but I’m seen as so bc I have thick things n shit 💀 I try to live my life and wear want I want to
