Just found out how much weight I’ve gained after graduating and I genuinely feel like I need to crawl out of my skin I feel so gross and like I know it’s from a huge lifestyle change like graduating but holy shit
So much can be hormonal. The number on the scale also means very little! If your clothes are starting to not fit, you’re feeling malaise, then switch it up, but otherwise girl ur fine we all gain weight after college

If you can’t fit into ur clothes(like they’re too tight), and if your body is feeling fatigued and just not good. Those are signs to start taking care of ur body, eat balanced meals and exercise - but do not restrict . Pls.

Absolutely. Lack of sleep messes up our hormones biggg time. And, hormones affect our metabolism, mood, etc
