i have it too i’m pretty sure. last night my ovaries hurt so much i couldn’t even walk :( but ive heard that cutting out foods with really high sugar can help with insulin resistance stuff

i’m on my second period this month and that’s all i’ve been craving! less sugar and more protein will help is what i’ve heard. i’m in a state that was hit with the freeze and feel like my body isn’t taking the cold well.
