lost 60 lbs, feels good, but the amount of people who keep asking me what i’ve done and telling me how good i look kinda disappointing, like damn i looked THAT bad before😭😭

people will always say this no matter what you weighed before 😭 i’ve never been over 110 pounds but at the peak of my illness when i lost 25 pounds everyone complimented me… but i looked SICK. they always think thinner is better no matter how its done 😅

It’s really crazy how people are so quick to insult your past self once you’ve made a change. Like is that what you’ve been thinking of me this entire time??

What a wild take. They’re not shitting on past you, they’re giving you a compliment and noticing that you look like you’re taking care of yourself, which you ARE. Most hard work we do in life goes unnoticed; Take the W.

DEADASS!!! so lucky that my bf helped me recover (by the end it wasn’t even really by choice, i just couldn’t eat bc i had no appetite and would get nauseous instead of hungry). i have more meat on me now than maybe ever and im more confident than ever now too! some people don’t realize how damaging the need to be skinny is until it turns into a disorder :(
