Things that have helped my anxiety:
-st. John’s wort, ashwagandha
-breathing exercises
-journaling
-sleeping with meditation music
-sleeping with a weighted blanket
-affirmations
if i don't walk 2 miles a day/ do a workout then i become a nauseous ball of anxiety

hey hey Im curious if you walk the 2 miles intentionally or just in your commute?

if i'm feeling lazy i include my commute in the 2 miles. but if im not ill do it separate

I work out too! I get my steps in at my job, but on my weekends I am usually doing chores/hw so I try to get my steps in like that but I do consider them to be rest days
