ok so i combo my cup with period underwear just in case i get a couple drips or something. i find that putting in a cup is WAY EASIER than putting in a tampon bc a tampon you have to get absolutely perfect or else your screwed but a cup you can take out and retry and also the cup will kind of correct itself if its not in the right place

The one I have that I got from target has a lil ring at the end and even with acrylics on I can still pull it out. I have slept with it inside and trust me it has never gotten lost I feel like a lot of ppl have a fear of this happening 😭😭
