For the girls who have problems with food noise/overeating, what in the world do you do to stop it? I managed to lose some weight and was very happy with it but lately whenever I’m bored my first thought is what I can eat next/when I get home/tomorrow

ive lost 80 lbs, and honestly the food noise is still there 😭 i heard GLP-1s help, but there’s no way my insurance would approve it especially at my current weight. my best advice is high volume foods/snacks, watermelon became my bestie because it’s very filling, sweet, and low in calories. zero sugar soda was also a major help

Planning out my meals, logging the calories before hand (I track macros but also have a loose calorie goal) and drinking water constantly honestly. I even plan out my snacks and have a set time I eat them. It doesn’t make it perfect, but it lessens it for me.

See bc I lost 35 lbs but this week I gained 10 back bc literally any time I’m not doing anything I’m searching for smth to eat. I’m gonna look up high volume food/recipes to see if it can keep me occupied

Yk I track my food on a calorie tracking up which def helps me see if I go over what’s healthy but I don’t think it keeps me from doing it. I’m gonna see if planning exactly what I’m gonna eat and writing out a schedule for when will keep my mind focused on being on time instead of eating other things. I’m really bad a drinking water too so I’ll try and set goals for that too tysm

Literally the second I’m sitting down at home/work I’m looking for a snack to open like I truly dk how to stop myself either. Like I’ll b thinking abt how bad it is for me but I’m still munching away

Also how do you track your macros? Bc I track my calories but the app I use has limitations on macros. Also how do you figure out how much you need of each?
