ive lost 80 lbs, and honestly the food noise is still there 😭 i heard GLP-1s help, but there’s no way my insurance would approve it especially at my current weight. my best advice is high volume foods/snacks, watermelon became my bestie because it’s very filling, sweet, and low in calories. zero sugar soda was also a major help
Yk I track my food on a calorie tracking up which def helps me see if I go over what’s healthy but I don’t think it keeps me from doing it. I’m gonna see if planning exactly what I’m gonna eat and writing out a schedule for when will keep my mind focused on being on time instead of eating other things. I’m really bad a drinking water too so I’ll try and set goals for that too tysm
