
Maybe try doing research on books that might help? Thats usually my go to cause usually people who overcame really hard problems write books about it. I have overcome some really difficult problems going about it that way. If you do, try to pick an author you trust and relate to. If you want, you can reach out! there’s actually a community on here. mental health. or ask someone like hey i really need to talk to someone. suicide hotline. other hotlines. journal. ask your doctor for help finding a therapist. i’m really trying to remember what i had to do when the exact thing happened to me when i was younger.
