anybody else whos dealt/dated an older man in the past when they were still young get nightmares and sense of doom whenever they remember them? like im over it but not over how naive and innocent i was

I thought he was maybe 26 at the most (I was 18) and then he said “I’m probably only a little younger than your dad” (he was 32… TWICE my age. My bio dad had me at 20. I wanted to throw up)

YES! Realizing I was groomed is something that haunts me. Wish I could tell my younger self to run when I could.. I didn’t need out of my house that bad

At the end of the day, it’s them who took advantage of someone naive 😔 (not saying it’s illegal or whatever, but even as a 22yo I don’t think I’d ever get with an 18yo)
