Hurry and email your professors and advisors about your health issues. They may give you some grace and your advisor may have resources to connect you with that can also make professors allow leniency.

Definitely contact your disability center they can help with the administrative burden of talking to your profs and also help connect you with resources to help and accommodations if needed
