I agree but also it is a little odd she’s like 21 max and he’s 38 (I believe?)

I had no idea. That kinda explains why he looks like that 😭 But I think it’s pretty realistic. Lots of redneck/trailer girls marry older men. Plus, while he is older, he doesn’t treat her as tho she’s some young, oblivious girl that’s easy to mold into what he wants. He comes off as a surprisingly wise voice of reason and instead of teaching her, they learned stuff together and that’s very sweet
