good luck 😊 i also have pcos, and one thing ive seen ppl try is going gluten and dairy free. it has not worked for me, but its worked for many other ppl. i’m on metformin and birth control, that’s what’s been helping my pcos. hopefully your doctors are great and will be able to help in whatever way they can
its a tablet it controls blood sugar. it’s mostly used for type 2 diabetes, but it helps manage irregular periods and fertility issues. if u have any kidney issues, it would be bad to have bc metformin is eliminated by the kidneys. i’ve been on it for a few years, and my periods have been pretty normal other than when my dose gets adjusted (which is to be expected)
